Can I use my own vendors?
Yes you can. We also have a list of local vendors if needed.

Does the venue sell alcohol?
No we do not, but you are allowed to bring in your own to the venue.

Does the venue provide clean up services?
​We ask that you bag up your trash after the event and place on the back porch. We will dispose of it the next day.

Each package comes with a deposit requirement. Do I get that back?
​Yes you do provided the venue is cleaned up after the event, no damage is done and the venue is in pre-event condition.

Can I cancel my event and get my money back?
​Yes, per contract, if you are within the designated timeframe, return of your money is not a problem.

What time does the event have to end at night?
​11:00pm is the shut down time for events. Special requests to run later can be discussed.

Can I use candles in the Event Center?
​Only LED candles are permitted.

Is smoking allowed at the Venue?
​No. There are two areas where smokers are allowed to go to smoke or vape.

When is my deposit and rental fee due?
The deposit is due when you book your event. The total charge must be paid in full prior to the day of the event. Payments can be made if needed. Cashap, Venmo and Paypal are used for payment. Checks and cash are also acceptable.
