FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use my own vendors and/or bring in my own food?
Yes you can. We also have a list of local vendors if needed.

Does the venue sell alcohol?
No we do not, but you are allowed to bring in your own to the venue.  No personal coolers are allowed.  A Security Officer is required when alcohol will be served.

Does the venue provide clean up services?
​We only ask that you bag up your trash after the event and our staff will dispose of it.

Each package comes with a deposit requirement. Do I get that back?
​The deposit is deducted from your balance which must be paid in full seven days prior to your event.  Payments are accepted.

What time does the event have to end at night?
​11:00pm is the shut down time for events.

Can I use candles in the Event Center?
​Only LED candles are permitted.

Is smoking allowed in the Venue?
​No. There are two areas where smokers are allowed to go to smoke or vape.

How is the deposit and rental fee paid?
The deposit is due when you book your event. The total charge must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. Payments can be made if desired. Cashap, Venmo, Paypal and cash are happily accepted.

Is there a play area for children?
​No there is not.  Children must be attended by their parents at all times. 


Are markers or ink pens allowed in the venue?
No they are not.  Pencils can be used for games, etc.
